FAB Studio offers three signature classes—each crafted for your season, your strength, and your goals.

FAB Bump

Prenatal Class

FAB Bump is our prenatal sculpt class. Support your changing body and growing baby with a safe, empowering Pilates practice designed specifically for pregnancy. This class focuses on improving posture, building core and pelvic floor awareness, and maintaining strength and mobility through all trimesters.

 

You’ll learn modifications and movement strategies that help reduce common pregnancy discomforts—like back pain and tight hips—while preparing your body for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Each session emphasizes breath, alignment, and mindful connection between you and your baby.

 

A supportive space to move and feel strong at every stage of pregnancy.

FAB Rebuild

Postnatal Mommy & Me Class

FAB Rebuild is our postnatal mommy and me class for new moms. Reconnect, rebuild, and restore in this nurturing Pilates class designed specifically for moms in the postpartum stage. This class focuses on safely strengthening your core and pelvic floor, improving posture, and easing tension in areas commonly affected after pregnancy.

 

You’ll move through effective exercises to help you regain stability, energy, and confidence in your body—all while bonding with your baby!

 

Babies are welcome to join you on your mat for interactive moments, songs, and smiles, or to relax nearby in a cozy spot. This is a supportive space to move at your own pace, connect with other moms, and honor your postpartum journey—one mindful movement at a time.

FABForm

Signature Sculpt Class

FABForm is our full-body Pilates sculpt class designed for women preconception or beyond the postpartum period. This class blends traditional Pilates principles with targeted sculpting exercises to build lean muscle, and enhance core and pelvic floor stability.

 

Expect a challenging yet accessible workout that strengthens your entire body—arms, legs, glutes, and, most importantly, your deep core—while improving balance, coordination, and functional strength for everyday life.

 

FABForm is perfect for women looking to feel empowered in their bodies, whether preparing for pregnancy or returning to full post-postpartum fitness. Each session offers modifications to match your level, a supportive community vibe, and the focus to leave you feeling energized, strong, and centered.

Joining the FAB Community

There are multiple ways you can join the FAB community! Whether you become a FAB studio member, choose a personalized 1:1 coaching program or stick with FAB's on-demand library to workout from home- you will find the support you need for your fitness journey here.

Sometimes getting to the studio can be hard with littles at home. FAB offers an app membership that allows you to workout from home. This includes prenatal, postnatal, sculpt, build up strength, express classes and more.

About Me.

My own journey as a pre/postnatal coach began after I had my son and I realized the lack of support and awareness around how to heal the postpartum body and return to exercise protocols. I did my own research, pieced together different programs to try and find what I needed to heal my own body and get back to what I love- moving my body in any way I want.

As I searched for my own answers, I found more fear mongering information filled with warnings of “don’t do this” and messages for moms to settle with a limited amount of exercise options.

I NEEDED exercise for my mental health. I have struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember, which only increased in my postpartum period. Exercise and moving my body was my outlet and it was not an option for me to settle. I needed to find a way to heal my core and pelvic floor and safely rebuild my strength so I could exercise how I chose, better my mental health, and therefore be a better mama to my son.

After finding some other leading trainers in this space and seeing the amazing work they were doing, I knew this was what I was passionate about. Since then, I have had my daughter and followed these protocols based on research and science to exercise safely through pregnancy and postpartum and felt stronger faster than I thought possible this second time around.

I've completed my Personal Training Certification through International Sports Sciences Association, Pre/Postnatal Coaching Certification with Girls Gone Strong, as well as gone on to receive my mat Pilates instructor certification. I now help my clients achieve their goals and feel strong again through all stages of motherhood.

I love working out with Katie and highly recommend her especially for postpartum fitness and returning to exercise. I've taken a lot of different types of classes and worked with different trainers and Katie is one of the best at explaining movements and making sure it's comfortable for your body.
