Learn how to properly breath in order to recruit your core and pelvic floor postpartum. Strategically build strength through progressive overload during the eight levels of this course. This program is ESSENTIAL before moving onto any of the FAB “beyond” phase programs in your postpartum phase in order to ensure you can properly manage intra-abdominal pressure, engage your core and pelvic floor and match movement to breath. This will help prevent injuries throughout your reentry to fitness.


This program is intentionally labeled as eight levels, rather than weeks. You should complete each workout in the level as many times as necessary before moving onto the next level. In order to move on, you should be able to complete each movement WITHOUT any:

-Pressure
-Coning or doming through your midline
-Pain
-Leaking


You may need to stay at one level longer than others and that’s okay! Complete them at your own pace, and repeat levels until you can complete all movements safely.

Level 1-4 is focused on intentional rehab and recovery. Think mastering 360 breathing, matching movement to breath and reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor.


Level 5-8 moves into the return to fitness stage of postpartum. This is your bridge from core and pelvic floor recovery, to traditional fitness programs.


Rebuild+ is a progressive overload program that will provide modifications and supports to help you build full body strength, and slowly adjust and take away these supports and add challenge.
